THE TRIP OF A LIFETIME - AN INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE PROGRAM FOR YOUNG PROFESSIONALS

The Rotary club of Tsawwassen seeks outstanding professionals to visit East Africa (Tanzania) between mid-April and mid-May 2008 as part of Rotary International's Group Study Exchange program. The region ranges from beautiful coastal beaches to the highest mountain and the largest fresh water lake in Africa.

The Team members must be non-Rotarian Canadian citizens who have been in full time employment in a recognized business or profession for the last two years, and be between the ages of 25 and 40. For four weeks team members experience the way of life, customs, and vocational practices of another country, while sharing information about Canada.

The purpose of the program is to promote international understanding and goodwill.

All basic travel and accommodation expenses are paid for by the Rotary Foundation and the hosting Rotary District 5040. The deadline for applications is September 15, 2007.
